Your queijadinhas look delicious! I´m brazilian and I love these. My grandmothers used Dona Benta´s book, and so does my mom. Almost every brazilian cook knows this book.

Ai que delicia!!!!!They look beautiful!
I somehow stumbled upon your blog a month or so ago. I love your blog!
I love cooking, and this post hit home with me. Yes, I grew up hearing of Dona Benta….I am from Brazil, but live in the US now.
I grew up eating queijadinhas doce, this is how it’s served in northern Brazil. It’s the same recipe with sugar added to it, so it’s more like a dessert. I like it both ways.
