		<description>I have just discovered your blog and it is wonderful.

I must admit I am sick to death of Israeli cooking programs, and some Jewish magazines,  where even with my minimal kosher keeping there is hardly a single recipe I can copy.

Your blog is fully of delicious, kosher food.

I am also a great fan of knafeh. Last year at Shavuot one of the dairy produced a knafeh kit which wasn&#039;t bad. (The name escapes me at the moment) The cheese filling was the old-fashioned bag of soft cheese with dark blue writing and the &#039;pastry&#039; is just like broken up Shredded Wheat (the Kellog&#039;s breakfast cereal).

I look forward to hungering over more of your posts and utilizing the recipes.
