Just bought hazelnut meal today, thinking I want to make them! I have 60% cocoa bittersweet chocolate, i think i’ll make this for my MIL for seder.

I don’t have a Passover cookie recipe off-hand, Myrna. I don’t bake much on Passover. But I got intrigued by various Passover recipes and will experiment with at least one this week.
